Radio Nietzsche hits the airwaves, interviews Shino

If you haven’t heard, there’s a new German music radio program broadcasting out of Ontario, Canada called Radio Nietzsche. The concept is very similar to Radio Goethe, even down to the name, so if you love the broad variety of German music you get from Radio Goethe, listening to Radio Nietzsche is a no-brainer. The show airs every Saturday afternoon from 3 PM to 5 PM (Eastern time) via TheRiotRadio.com. Check it out this weekend!
Radio Nietzsche has also just recently performed its first interview. It’s with Aliaksandr from Shino, an acoustic-gothic project from the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg. The interview, which is hosted online courtesy of DeutschMusikLand, reveals a lot about Shino’s music as well as some more personal details. Head on over to Shino’s MySpace page to listen to a few songs while you read the interview.

You can also download Shino’s 100% free Best Of album (or you can pay 5 € for it if you fancy) on afmusic.de, in the following link http://www.af-music.de/releases/shino-bestof.html
An even better way of introducing yourself to Shino’s music than just MySpace samples, and a fantastic way for artists to give people a chance to listen to their music and get interested!

Oh, that’s great! Someone told me about the best of album, but they didn’t say it was free so I didn’t try to download it. But maybe I will now.

Shino has now made his previous 3 Albums “Bloody Salvation”, “Phoenix” and “Unseen” available for free download via his site http://www.shino.aliaks.de/
They are under the “Tone” section, and you can even download high resolution cd covers to print out or use in itunes.
The sound is a bit more unpolished and rough, almost like a live performance, but I quite liked them.
Check it out!
