More news about Megaherz’s new album

Megaherz lineup

A new bit of info about Megaherz’s forthcoming 6th album: PowerMetal.de posted a very short article stating that the still untitled album will be released in July, stating Absolut Promotion as the source. It also lists a few song names, some of which were already known. They are “Der Mann von Welt”, “Heuchler”, “Fauler Zauber”, “Kaltes Grab”, “L’Aventure”, and of course “Ebenbild” which you can hear on Megaherz.de.

This anticipated release date seems to fit pretty well with the band’s announcement at the beginning of the month that they expect to be done in the studio by the end of June. The anticipation is building!

Same here! I was hoping a big website like powermetal.de could give us a little bit more info or take some more time to write something really worth reading, though. They wrote so little, it’s almost like they don’t really care. :|

Maybe they really don’t know any more than that..seems like Megaherz haven’t done a tremendous amount of promo for this album so far.

That’s true, it seems like maybe they forgot to announce it when the news actually came out or didn’t hear about it until just now, so they kinda rushed to get the news out there without really going into any detail.

Megaherz has published the official date and name of the album. 25th July will see Heuchler in stores! There’s also a new song to listen to, Fauler Zauber. I… I’m not really liking the direction this song presents us. Of course it’s great that there’s all kinds of material on the new album, but Fauler Zauber… Ehh. Lex sounds like some generic rapper or nu-metal guy. Ebenbild was a lot more promising, in my opinion.

Thanks, the new info is posted on the main page now. :)
