Sybreed’s second album Antares out soon
The Swiss band Sybreed has finished work on their sophomore album Antares and it is ready for release via Listenable Records. They claim on their MySpace blog that it has already been out since October 1st, but every internet shop I have seen says the 5th for the German-speaking countries and the 15th for the UK and USA. And there seems to be a limited edition (shown here) with different artwork from the regular edition, but it’s not clear if there are any other differences.
If you haven’t heard of Sybreed before, I would put them somewhere on the harder end of industrial metal, moving towards death metal. If you’re a fan of bands like Soilwork, you’ll probably like Sybreed. The futuristic themes of Antares makes comparions with Fear Factory also quite relevant.
