I can see it happening because the CD has a lot of English songs, and there is no female performer in the US aside from Madonna and a few others who are as talented as Nena K. But before anything else, may I ask if you are aware if this CD will be released by a major label here in the US? I've been waiting to hear this. Her voice sounds "enchanting" while the music has a trance/techno feel. I believe Nena's music is a breath of fresh air in the R&B/hiphop dominated music in the US. Listening to Nena in the past few years is like hearing a Moby-produced track with Nena's vocals (try watching the "Ich Kann Nix Dafur" video and you'll see what I mean). Which to me is terrific! I think I was 12 when "99 Luft/Red Balloons" was on top of the world. I've been a fan ever since. I am impressed that Nena still sounds great and still looks beautiful after all these years. Her music has managed to evolve with the times, very much like Madonna has. I'd buy her CD/DVD anytime over most of the "pop princesses/queens" here in the US. This new CD sounds very interesting. I'd love to listen to how she covers the English songs. I don't know if it will eventually be widely released by a major label here in the US - but I am hoping it will.
