New Staubkind album Zu Weit coming soon

As you may remember, Staubkind was working on a new album for quite some time and hoping for a release in the Fall. Well the Fall is almost here and I have some good news. The Staubkind album is almost here, too! It will be called Zu Weit and will be released on October 12th, but that’s about all I can tell you at this point.
I found the song names on Infrarot.de, a site which I love dearly, but there’s one little thing that I really hate about it. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why they don’t put the tracklisting in the right order. Ignoring all forms of logic, they choose to put the tracklisting in alphabetical order instead of how the songs appear on the CD! And unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the tracklisting anywhere else, so their disorganized list will have to do for now. I’m guessing “Intro” is probably first, but good luck with the rest. I’ll update you when I find out the proper tracklisting order.

[…] It’s been a while since I told you about Staubkind’s new album Zu Weit, so I just want to remind you that it will be out this Friday on the 12th. Louis Manke (the guitarist of Terminal Choice) has worked hard putting this album together, and it sounds pretty good from what I’ve heard so far. It’s nice and guitar-driven, although it does break for a few slower ballads and the acoustic song “Vergiss Nicht”. That one and the duet “Wenn Du Schläfst” feature Carsten Klatte of Lacasa Del Cid (who has also performed with other bands like Project Pitchfork and Wolfsheim). You can listen to some samples from Zu Weit, too. Just head to the band’s MySpace page and enjoy. […]
